The Hotel Analytics Working Group will share the wealth of data received from the 1,000+ HEDNA members and non-member participates in the survey. The analysis and White Paper will form the basis of future best practice work leading to recommendations and guidelines that the Group is committed to delivering in 2018.

Mapping the Mobile Guest Journey

Under the leadership of Donnie Schumann of HotelTonight and Faith Marshall of NTT Data, the Mobile Working Group is working on a Mobile Customer Engagement Platform.

Obviously the mobile experience is different than the desktop experience. The purpose of the Mobile Customer Engagement Platform, to be kicked off in January 2018, in Austin, will gauge the business needs of our membership in terms of the guest journey on mobile to finalize a roadmap for the working group. The road map will plan for the next 18 months and will strive towards going “beyond-the-white paper” to develop research that will be useful for the membership in the possible forms mentioned below (one or a combo of several):
